This card could be used for birthdays,
  or Father's Day:

dark blue C6 card
oddments of dark blue and silver card
plastic silver fish
double sided tape
Happy Birthday peel off and oddments

Matt and layer pieces of Best Wishes text, dark blue and silver card and fix to lower front of a landscape card.
Stick plastic fish in place using small pieces of  double sided foam roll.
Add a peel off greeting, oddments of borders to create reeds, and waste peel off circles for bubbles.
