Birthday Balloons
Card

This card has been made using a 5"x7" card but could be adapted
for any size card.
Stick a piece of spots background paper to left side of card and edge
with a narrow border peel off.
Cut a single line of dots paper, stick towards right edge of card and
edge with peel off borders.
Layer small oddments of white, pink and blue card and stick balloon
embellishment to this.
Print Happy Birthday (or use a peel off) and layer to match.
