1.Order online and pay by Paypal
Shopping could not be easier. Browse through our pages, add the products you require to
your shopping basket, making selections from the drop-down lists where applicable.
You can delete items or change the quantities at any time by viewing your shopping cart:

When you have finished, proceed to the checkout: If you do not have a Paypal account,
you can pay by credit or debit card and open an account at the same time.
One of the benefits of using Paypal is that you only need to enter your email address and password to
make an instant payment. We will never see your card details as these are held by
Paypal on their safe, secure site.

  When you have paid, you will be taken to our 'Thank you for your payment' page, and receive a receipt
for your purchase by email from Paypal. You may log in to your account at www.paypal.com/uk
to view details of this transaction.
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24hrs (except weekends & Bank Holidays.) An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.
If any items are out of stock, we will notify you and offer you the choice of waiting until items are available,
or of a refund or credit note.

2. Send order in an email
Send your order in an email to liz@rolicards.com. Be sure to quote:
    1.Item name and code number
    2.Quantity required and any colour choice
    3.Your name and and address
    4.State whether paying by Paypal or cheque/postal order.
If you choose Paypal, a Payment request will be sent to you for the total amount due.
If paying by cheque or postal order, we will tell you the total amount due and
ensure your order is ready for posting as soon as your payment arrives.

3. Payment by cheque or postal order
If you are unable to or prefer not to pay by credit/debit card, simply:
1. Print Order Form.
2. Select items required and enter details on form. Include any special requirements.
    (Or write your order on a blank piece of paper.)
3. Add your name, address and contact details.
4. Make cheque payable to E.Cope and post form and cheque to:

We only deliver to UK addresses.
Please include your e-mail address if you wish receipt of your order to be acknowledged
(usually within 24 hours).

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Orders over £39 will be sent by Recorded Delivery.

Items in stock will normally be despatched within 1-2 days, except at busy times or holiday periods.

Overseas CustomersAlthough I state that I AM ONLY ABLE TO SEND ORDERS  TO UK ADDRESSES on
every page, I still receive orders from overseas! If you are able to pay by credit card
through Paypal and are happy to pay additional shipping costs, please email your requirements.
I will tell you the total cost of your order including shipping and if you are agreeable, 
invoice you through Paypal. Orders over £36 will be sent 'Internationally signed for' at
additional cost to you. Postage prices can be found at www.royalmail.com.

I regret I can only take internet orders via the Paypal link on the website.
I am unable to take credit or debit card payments personally.

Refunds and Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, RoLiCards will accept return of any item
within 7 days of purchase.
Goods for return must be in their original, saleable condition.
A full refund or credit will be given, but postage will not be refunded unless the goods
are found to be faulty.
When returning goods please include your original invoice, stating on it the reason for return,
and whether a replacement, refund or credit note is preferred.
