Ordering
Although I state that I AM ONLY ABLE TO SEND ORDERS  TO UK ADDRESSES on
every page, I still receive orders from overseas! If you are able to pay by credit card
through Paypal and are happy to pay additional shipping costs, please email your requirements.
I will tell you the total cost of your order including shipping and if you are agreeable, 
invoice you through Paypal. Orders over £34 will be sent Internationally signed for at
additional cost to you. Postage prices can be found at www.royalmail.com.
I regret I can only take internet orders via the Paypal link on the website.
I am unable to take credit or debit card payments personally.
This method ensures the fastest possible delivery of your order.

I aim to download orders at 5pm each day. They are processed that evening
ready for sending by first class post the following morning. During busy periods
order processing may take up to three days. A notice will be posted on the Home
page to this effect. If you have provided a valid email address you will be notified
of the expected completion date of your order.

I regret I can only accept orders by post or online.
It is not possible to visit Rolicards at the postal address.

Post and Packing charges
Orders under £5 will incur a £1 postage & handling charge.
Orders of £5 and above will be sent post free.

Catalogue
A Rolicards Mail Order Catalogue including basic card making techniques,
hints, tips and projects is now available - over 35 pages with colour illustrations.

I try to obtain stock at the lowest prices possible and frequently offer new products at
bargain prices, sometimes for a limited period. Thus a printed catalogue can very quickly
become out of date. New products will be posted initially on the What's New? page.
Please keep checking back to the website!
When ordering from the catalogue, please state preference for a replacement or refund
for any products that are discontinued or out of stock.

Refunds and Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, Rolicards will accept return of any
item within 7 days of purchase.
Goods for return must be in their original, saleable condition.
A full refund or credit will be given, but postage will not be refunded unless the goods
are found to be faulty.
When returning goods please include your original invoice, stating on it the reason for
return, and whether a replacement, refund or credit note is preferred.

Acceptance of Order
Rolicards reserves the right to refuse any order submitted. In this case a full refund
of any money sent will be given.

Rolicards operates in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .
The information you provide is used to send your order to you, or to enable us to
contact you if there is a query about your order. We will not pass your details on to
anyone else. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time.
